As I can’t see your theme, there’s two options.

1) if you already have an url in the body part of your coding that links a post to the permalink page, you’ll need to replace the url ‘Permalink’ with ‘ReblogURL’.

2) If you don’t have any link around your posts, you need to create one, if you look at one of my themes you’ll see that around my image posts I have made a link. Do the same, with the url as ‘ReblogURL’ xo
