1) How to write above the ask box like this:

All you need to do is…

In the last code, type the text you want to appear above your ask box between <Center> and <Iframe framebor….

You just need to add <p> to the end of this text.

2) Multiple pop ups (for your FAQ’s etc):

You need to repeat the last to steps of the pop up ask tutorial. BUT, you need to change the little number ‘02’ to another number… such as ‘01’ in both codes! Like shown below.

You also need to replace the iframe code in the last code with the content you want for that pop up. I have highlighted the part you need to delete in blue:
